I have 2 expectations: flexibility and the ability to transfer my training sessions to my sessions to my Garmin.

I like the workouts. Before, I didn't do progressive splits or active phases in my runs at all.

The app has enabled me to improve my VMA sessions by giving me specific paces. I've discovered types of sessions that I didn't know about at all, and which allow me to vary my outings.

Individualizing training is very important and requires a great deal of expertise. It's a great challenge to automate this work!

I like it. The app is interesting and the workouts are varied.

I've tested other apps: but the problem is that as soon as you miss a session or two, the plan is a mess. I am not a pro, I need that kind of flexibility!
